Our Children Services is seeking a motivated and experienced OSHC Coordinator
About this opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of Children’s Services (HChS), the Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator is responsible for the leadership at a centre that is committed to providing a safe, child-focused and stimulating learning environment for all children attending the OSHC centre: a centre where programs, activities and support enhance children’s autonomy, initiative, self-worth and dignity.
The role will also assist in the planning and implementation of programs across all CFS Children’s Services that meet the developmental, cultural and individual needs of children in care.
About you:
You will bring the following essential attributes and skills to this role:

Relevant qualification in Early Childhood or related area.

Minimum three (3) years’ experience in the Children’s Services sector with a proven track record of managing educators and/or childcare assistants.

Demonstrated experience to achieve outcomes, managing tight timeframes, and meeting deadlines and project plans.

Valid Working with Children Check.

A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this asap.

Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
