Disability Services

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is designed to allow more choice and control in the lives of people living with a permanent and significant disability.

Day Program

Our Day Program is focused around centre-based, group activities that encourage individual participation and choice while still having a person-centred support.

Support Coordination

Our dedicated Support Coordinators will connect participants with an NDIS plan, support and services within their local community.

Supported Independent Living

Community First Step aims to create an independent space that tailors your needs, and we are committed to creating solutions for SIL housing according to clients' preferences.

Community Access

The CFS Community Access service supports and assists client’s engagement with the community and everyday activities.

Individual Plans

Your plan is unique and personalised to you so we can help you work towards your goals and aspirations. Every plan aims to promote and support your independence.

We’ll offer guidance and assistance and work closely with you, your carers or family members to offer direction. Your plan is flexible; changing with your progress and needs; helping to identify skills and strengths.
