OSHC Coordinator – Guildford Public School

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic motivated Coordinator for our newly opened OSHC at Guildford Public School

The Coordinator is responsible for the day to day smooth operations of the out of school hours care services, including Vacation Care. The role requires ensuring a friendly, secure and stimulating learning environment for children attending the centre, assistance with program planning and implementation, and a strong commitment to ensuring the developmental, cultural and individual needs of children in our care is met to a high standard.

Consideration for this role requires:

  • a relevant qualification including Certificate IV, Diploma in Early Childhood, Childcare, OOSH;
  • experience working in children’s services;
  • a proven track record in managing a small team of Educators and/or Child Care Assistants;
  • Demonstrated experience to achieve outcomes according to tight timeframes, deadlines and project plans.

All CFS staff require current First Aid and CPR certification, unrestricted Driver’s License, valid Working with Children’s Check and a National Police Clearance issued within last 12 months.

Disability Support Worker (Part-Time/Casual) 

As a CFS Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible to work as part of a motivated team to deliver needs-based services within a person-centred framework, maximising the capacity of individuals living with a disability.  A focus on community inclusion, independence, decision making and personal choice are promoted to ensure individual client needs are met.

To be considered for this role, you will have relevant qualifications in Disability, Mental Health or Welfare, or working towards same; a current First Aid Certificate, CPR certification, unrestricted Driver’s License, valid Working with Children’s Check and a National Police Clearance issued within last 12 months.
