Matthew Day - BSc (Hons) FCMA CGMA GAICD

Matthew has more than 30 years of international executive and finance management experience predominantly working for global IT companies including CFO of DXC (formally CSC) and President, Asia Pacific of Ventyx. He is Chief Operating Office of Healthdirect Australia, a not for profit consumer health company funded and owned by Australian Governments.
Matthew is a director of MJKA Pty Ltd and has been Director of CSC Australia Pty Ltd, Paxus Pty Ltd, Mynd Asia Pacific Pty Ltd and a number of subsidiary companies.

Mark Webb - BSc Computing BEng electrical engineering, MBA

Mark’s professional background includes work across the private sector, federal public sector and state public sector, including work in the technology industry, and public policy areas such as employment, the environment and heritage and central government functions. He is currently the Chief Executive of the NSW Department of Parliamentary Services, a specialist service department working to support the operation of the NSW Parliament by providing logistical support and advice to Members of Parliament, the Departments of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly and the people of NSW.
Marks skills include policy, government, strategy, change management, business process and improvement and corporate governance.
Mark is also Vice President of the Institute of Public Administration-NSW Division, Member of the Engineering Sydney Advisory Board, University of Sydney and a former director of Recursion Pty Ltd.

David Heard - BE(Hons) GradDipAppFin MBA GAICD
Appointed Chair of Finance Committee November 2018, Director since March 2016
David joined the Board in March 2016 and is also a principal of Finncorn Consulting, offering strategic and financial advice to large corporate clients. He is a graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course, the IESE MBA programme in Barcelona and the University of Adelaide. David’s career has included project management, financial, marketing and business development roles with Shell, Macquarie Group, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Schroders.
David is also a director of Royal Far West. Previously David has served on the Board of Shaun Parker & Co, an innovative contemporary dance company based in Sydney, and is a past Director of Scallop Credit Union.

Liang Joo is a medical professional with a passion for clinical as well as information and communication technology governance. He serves on peak advisory committees at the Therapeutic Goods Administration and St Vincent’s Health Australia, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. An experienced educator, he is appointed Conjoint Senior Lecturer at the University of New South Wales and Adjunct Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Notre Dame Australia. He is a research supervisor and examiner at St Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney, and the School of Medical Sciences, UNSW. He has an interest in paediatric dermatology, and trained at the Royal Children’s Hospital and Sydney Children’s Hospital.
Liang Joo is also a Director at Multicultural Care, where he is Chairman of the Risk and Compliance Committee.
Helen Wilson - BSpPath(Hons) MBA GAICD

Helen brings over 30 years’ experience within the health, aged care and community service sectors, including 20 years located in South West Sydney. Her experience includes senior executive roles within large, midsized and small organisations, across the not-for-profit, private and government sectors. She has also worked as a clinician and as a management consultant, guiding organisations through the challenges of changing policy, social, technological and competitive landscapes.
Helen is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Evergreen Life Care, and has skills in business development, service development, strategy, quality, compliance and risk management.
Helen is also a non-executive Director of PACE Aged Care, and a former Director of Aged Care Services NSW/ACT

Laura Sampson - LLB BA GDLP
Appointed August 2018
Laura graduated from Western Sydney University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts and commenced working as a lawyer in August 2018. Laura has experience in tort claims, and has spent a number of years working as a Paralegal in the Parramatta and Liverpool areas. Laura is presently working in a large Plaintiff-focused personal injury law firm.
Through personal circumstances and her work, Laura has gained experience and is committed to assisting the disabled community in Western Sydney.
