Executive Manager – Disability Services Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Manager – Disability Services is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operation of CFS’s Disability Services. The Executive Manager will play an instrumental role in achieving CFS’s revised strategy and long term goals, including the establishment of Supported Independent Living.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have extensive experience managing a large team (10+) within the Disability sector, tertiary qualification in a related discipline and highly effective interpersonal/ communication skills, you will need to demonstrate a capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, and delivering client centred outcomes. Disability Support Workers As a Disability Support Worker you are responsible for providing needs-based services  based on a person centred framework, maximising the living, social and recreational skills of people with a disability. Community inclusion, independence, decision making and personal choice are promoted whilst focusing on individual needs.

To be considered for this role, you will have relevant qualifications in Disability, Mental Health or Welfare, or working towards same. You also require a current First Aid, CPR, unrestricted Driver’s License, valid Working with Children’s Check and a National Police Clearance issued within last 12 months. Early Childhood Educators Our Early Childhood Educators are responsible for providing a friendly, secure and stimulating learning environment for young children. The role requires capacity to support parents through regular communication, build positive relationships, and a strong commitment to children centred care.

To be considered for this role you will need to have a relevant qualifications including Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma in Early Childhood, Childcare, OOSH. You will also require current First Aid, CPR, unrestricted Driver’s License, valid Working with Children’s Check and a National Police Clearance issued within last 12 months. Youth Workers

As part of the Community team, our Youth workers are responsible for delivering quality case management support to youth and family clients to reduce the likelihood of them entering or remaining in the child protection and out of homecare systems. This role will promote the personal, educational and social development of young people aged 8 to 24 years in the Fairfield Local Government Area and administer programmes aimed to engage young people.

To be considered for this role, you will have a relevant qualification including Certificate III, Certificate IV, Diploma in Community Services, Youth Works or Case Management. You will also have current First Aid, CPR, unrestricted Driver’s License, valid Working with Children’s Check and a National Police Clearance issued within last 12 months.
